ABOUT THE GALLERY

Secession Gallery is a venture from Ian Tomalin-Hall, a marketing agency founder, entrepreneur and art collector. He saw a gap in the market for a gallery and consultancy that can bring exciting contemporary art to an audience that feels alienated by high-end galleries and frustrated by poorly curated entry level galleries.

The gallery brings together a variety of interesting and collectable contemporary artists from around the UK into one space, with thoughtfully curated paintings, ceramics, and sculptures.

Ian’s passion for art has been bubbling under the surface for a decade through his own collecting and interior design work, and he places his love of figurative, abstract and edgy painting which pushes the use of colour to the max, at the forefront of the gallery’s offering.

The gallery offers personal art curation to private collectors, interior designers and commercial operations, bringing a unique perspective on art sourcing, away from the elitist mainstream art market, which can be overwhelming and exclusionary.
